Meeting Tomorrow

Good evening scouts and parents,

Our trip to Red River NM is fast approaching and it is important that scouts and parents are participating in these last couple meetings. The trips adult volunteer contingent will available for last minute paperwork and questions at both meetings. More importantly all scouts who are traveling need to attend the meetings. They will be conducting gear checks, repairing patrol gear, and loading the troop trailer in preparation for the trip. I look forward to everyones cooperation as we all make the final preparations for this epic adventure!
